Elements of a Valid DMCA Notice
To ensure your request is processed without delay, your takedown notice must include the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative.
- Clear identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- The exact URL(s) on our site where the allegedly infringing material is located.
- Your contact information (Name, Email Address, and Phone Number).
- A statement in "good faith" that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, under penalty of perjury.
Processing Time
Our legal compliance team reviews all submissions manually. Please allow 48 to 72 business hours for us to investigate and remove the reported links from our index. Submitting duplicate requests may delay processing times.
